Kirtan is a practice of calling out to the Divine that comes to us from bhakti yoga – the yoga of devotion. This practice of sacred song and chant opens our hearts as we raise our voices together, finding that place in each of us and all of us that is Divine Light. Bring your wonderful voice, a rhythm instrument if you have one, and join Kristi in calling up the energies of god, goddess, and Mother Earth.
As we create, we will learn and discuss the meaning/tradition behind the medicine bag and what is carried within it. You will leave camp with a bag that you can wear or carry with you that is sacred and has deep spiritual, mental, emotional and physical connection to you as you will have used all of these capacities to create it!
Call some tree medicine into your soul as we get up close and personal with the Trees. The ancient Celts honoured tree spirits as master tenders of the Earth, and they have a lot to teach us about grounding and coming home to our true selves. We are beloved members of a More than Human Family, and the Trees can show us how to slow down, get rooted, and come into a state of _an sith_ (deep peace). Using our breath and the thresholds of our senses, we’ll get _an sith_ with the Trees.
Divine Feminine energy is within all of us. Each and everyone of us – male, female, queer or nonbinary, we are all a balance of Feminine and Masculine energy.
For centuries, patriarchal society has pushed down and shamed all things Feminine.
Our sensuality, deemed sinful. Our creativity, deemed unimportant. Our intuition got us burned at the stake for the fear of it.
Why does it threaten for me to be a Divinely Feminine creature?
When we move into accepting and healing our own Divine Feminine energy, we move into our intuition, our connection to self and to others, to compassion, to desire.
Imagine the radical revolution that would happen if more people lived from a place of compassion? We can, and it begins with each of us embracing our Feminine and allowing that to ripple out. The rise of the Feminine within all of us will change the world as we know it.
When it comes to personal development, creating a deep understanding and awareness of our inner thoughts, beliefs, and values plays an integral role in our lives. This knowledge is power! YOUR SUPERPOWER! And it allows you to truly show up as who you are, not who others expect you to be. Creating personal awareness helps you to take your power back, power that we, as women, give away far too easily and unknowingly. With this knowledge, YOU get to decide what you do with it, rather than just going through life reacting to others, feeling crappy, and not really understanding why you feel the things you feel – good AND bad. In this workshop, you will learn strategies on how to start creating that personal awareness for yourself and take your power back!
Everybody has a body, and in an ideal world we would have been taught to unconditionally love the vessel we have been given. But instead we live in a culture that often perpetuates the idealization and consumption of unrealistic beauty standards. This has left most women feeling unhappy with their bodies or regularly wanting to change themselves and their appearance. In this workshop you will take a journey in remembering your bodies innate beauty.
Easy, healthy, fast meal options for busy Caregivers. After briefly discussing the importance of proper nutrition for Caregivers each camper will assemble a healthy (meal/salad) in a jar to take home.
If you’ve been curious about Nordic Pole Walking, how to do it, what the benefits are, then now is your chance to check-it out. Patricia will take you through the basics and then we will enjoy a short practice walk so you can get into the flow.
You’ve heard of manifesting, but do you REALLY know what it’s all about? And how it REALLY works? Curious to know more? How we sleep, eat and exercise as well as manage stress has a direct impact on our hormones and therefore, directly impacts whether we feel like a hot mess or a goddess. Learn how to finally tame your hormones and balance them naturally, without dieting or spending hours in the gym, so that you feel more in control and feel more like yourself again.
Who were you before the world first shamed you?
Who determines your worth?
How is it possible that you don’t look in the mirror every day and see your beauty?
See how much you have to bring into the world?
Ladies, you are worthy of loving yourself, surrounding yourself with those who love you, of setting boundaries, taking care of yourself, and letting go of those who don’t support you!
In this session you will be invited to release all the stories that do not support you in loving yourself and exploring all the reasons you are perfectly you, just the way you are.
Join Rachel as she assesses the room, and we co-create the practice that best supports all bodies in the moment… and here’s a hint – it’s usually a Restorative-type yoga. That means long-held shapes (with little to no stretching), fully supported by props (bring your pillows and blankets), and hands-on touch to assist you into a deep restful state (if you choose that type of contact). We all need more rest and a deeper connection to our breath. Gentle movement is always included for a little bit of a stretch, but above all, you will be guided to listen to yourself first and foremost. Rachel facilitates a ceremonial space for us to cleanse, play, reflect, breathe, move and rest. And… if the group chooses a more active practice, you will be entirely supported with modifications… but then we’ll still end in restorative shapes.
Your shadow is always with you. It is a part of you that is always attached, literally and figuratively – there is no escaping it.
In this session, we will look at: What is the Shadow side of who we are? Why do we need our Shadow (what some call a darker) side? Instead of ignoring, escaping or denying our Shadow, what if we made friends with it, became allies with it, and used Shadow as a guide to help us when we start to go out of alignment.
As a group, we will discuss our Shadow aspects and begin to understand them on a much deeper level. Using the Colour Mirror Shadow deck, we will ask Soul and Shadow to work together to reveal what we need to focus on, what may be holding us back from living our true potential, or any specific question that participants would like some help with.
At the end of this session, each participant will take away a deeper understanding of what Shadow is and how we can use our Shadow sides to both guide and help us in every day life. As we begin to befriend our Shadow side, we can also begin to ask deeper questions and be able to actively listen to the answers.
Mandalas have traditionally been spiritualy symbolic artworks, and have come to represent geometric patterns – most commonly circular. This workshop opens you up to embody your light body, release old programming, rewrite new stories with tools to live life consciously while understanding and honoring your body’s signals. A beautiful journey of sound healing, shamanic drumming and light language, connecting throughout, in the flow of the alchemy of you, through your senses, DNA upgrades, aligning your body, mind and soul to your innate and god given powers. Come and experience the real you, Open Breathe n’ Receive.
In this workshop you will experience the incredible effects of Laughter Yoga and how it boosts our mood, immune system, productivity and so much more!
Wear comfortable clothing, release your bladder before coming and be prepared to interact and laugh! Then laugh some more!
During this workshop we will focus on believing in ourselves, that we are capable of growing and evolving. Be open to identifying where we hold negative thoughts and have the opportunity to challenge our mindset. Learn techniques and tools that would take us from negative thinking to being curious about situations and opportunities. We will put this into action via working through real scenarios.
Boundaries. This is a word that is frequently used but is often misunderstood and hard to do in real life! There are messages out there that can lead people, especially women, to believe that their boundaries have to be a certain way or are easy to set and maintain. In fact, good boundaries are often flexible, change over time, are not easy, and are very individual. This workshop will help you to identify boundaries that you would like to set, be that with others, or with yourself! You will also learn about different styles of communication, different ways to maintain boundaries, the art of saying No, and how to work with others without sacrificing your needs and wants.
There are many things the average women is juggling day to day; work, household responsibilities, and caregiving for children, elderly parents, and partners, to name a few. So its not a surprise that many women are dealing with high levels of stress and burnout. We believe that there can be no perfect ‘work-life balance’, and trying to find that perfect balance can lead to feelings of ‘not doing it right’, failure, and even more stress. There is not a simple answer to recovering from or preventing burnout but there are tools and simple steps that we can all learn to lessen the load. In this workshop, you will learn about what burnout actually is and different strategies to try, as well as the value of building community and connecting to other women to help lessen burnout and stress.

Meet Heather DelRosario, Co-Founder of Soul Full Camp
Many people think that an awakening happens all at once, but in my experience, it was a series of little moments.
Subtle shifts in awareness that built upon each other led me to look at myself in the mirror, hold my gaze and say to myself, “I’m making the decision that I don’t want to live like this anymore. It was time to find me.”
In the years since that pivotal moment, I’ve uncovered my purpose and have helped hundreds of women create change in their life through Soul Full Camp experiences, just like this one at Cedar Ridge Camp in Bancroft.
Meet Jenny McKee, Co-Founder of Soul Full Camp
Art, meditation, hypnosis, journaling, and reading were therapeutic and healing tools that I learned during my own mental health journey, and they continue to support me over ten years later.
Workshops, conferences, and retreats allowed me to learn these invaluable tools that I continue to use and widened my circle of like-minded people who, like me, choose to access this work to support themselves in their journey.
Just as Soul Full Camp does today for hundreds of women each year with different camp experiences held at multiple locations in North America.
Give yourself the gift of Camp! You’ll be so glad you did.

Our Refund Policy
We know sometimes life happens and so we will provide a full refund 30 days prior to your camp less a $75 administration fee. But we really, really don’t want you to do that. Why? Because we know, from personal experience, how easy it can be to second-guess your instincts and say, “Oh gee, I don’t reeeeally need to go. What was I thinking?” or “(Sigh) Life is just so busy, I can’t possibly get away! Oops! Changed my mind!”
So we’re saying, “No way. None of that.”
Instead we’re saying, respect your time and respect ours. Say “heck yes” to the experiences that you really want, in life — and show up.
