COVID-19 Protocols

As we all try to adapt to a new post-pandemic world, at Soul Full Camp we are doing our best to ensure that each and every guest that attends camp feels confident and safe on her getaway.

We wanted to provide you information on our protocols. We have been working closely with our camp venues to make sure our retreats are as safe as possible!

Yep this last year sure has been tough for us (and for you)!  After months of social distancing and self-isolation we understand that getting back out there can be a bit scary. We’re excited to get back to filling your soul up in person!  Our retreats for 2021 are a go … but we’ve obviously had to make some changes. We’re ready to serve up some fun and inspiration.

Here’s what we’re doing to keep you safe:

Arrival: Upon arrival all individuals will be screened, have their temperature taken and will fill out a screening questionnaire.

Social Distancing: We will follow all restrictions the government has in place regarding the amount of people that can gather in one place.

Workshop breakout groups will be kept small in order to maintain social distancing, and all equipment/surfaces will be disinfected before and after each use.

Guests understand that social distancing will be required in all public spaces.

If social distancing is a challenge guests understand they must wear a mask and also when travelling through hallways where social distancing cannot be avoided.

Sanitization: Sanitation stations are located around the camps for you to sanitize frequently. All public spaces will be sanitized regularly in accordance with public health guidelines.

Sleeping Arrangements:  You will bunk within your social circle.

All cabins/rooms will be clean and sanitized before your arrival.  You are required to bring all your own bedding, pillows and towels.

Meals: All food will be served cafeteria style and will be plated by camp staff.  Servers and guests are required to wear a mask when serving/picking up food. Seating arrangements will be such that social distancing can be practiced.

We plan on keeping you safe as you share an incredible time with us.  We hope you’ll join us at one of our 2021 camps!
